Notes
With the 44th Battalion, McCreath served in the battles of Amiens, Drocourt-Queant Line, Hindenburg Line, Canal du Nord and Valenciennes. He arrived back in Canada in June 1919. By 1921, he was living back with his family in Kincardine. In 1931, he was living in Montreal and working as an engineer in the Forestry industry. He passed away on October 2, 1965 at age 66.Sources & Links
