Notes

David's date of birth on his attestation papers is indicated as July 9, 1897. In the 1901 Census, his birth date is listed as July 20, 1900. His brother Alfred's is listed as Sept. 2, 1897. The Death Registration for David Nawash indicates that he was 20 years old when he died on October 12, 1918.
