Royal Canadian Naval Reserve

1946 – 1968

At the end of the Second World War, the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve (RCNR) was formed, replacing the RCNVR. With a focus on minesweeping, escort, and coastal patrol, each division of the RCNR mirrored the organization of the regular force.

In 1968, the unit was once again reorganized due to the unification of the Canadian Forces.
