Notes

Son of Mason Stark Hargreaves (born in Paisley), and Zella Mae Hand (born in Sault Ste. Marie, ON). He is commemorated on Stone B-57 at Starkvale Cemetery, Paisley, with Mason (Stark) Hargreaves (1889-1965), Zella (Mae) Hand Hargreaves (1892-1962) and sister Margaret Hargreaves (1920-1928). Also recognized on panel 104 of the Runnymede Memorial in England, as having no known grave. His grandfather James Mason Hargreaves was a druggist in Paisley. His grandmother was Margaret Neilson Stark.
