Notes

Lt. Gordon enlisted in Clinton, ON, in October of 1914 with the 18th Battalion. He was promoted to Corporal in the field, and was later sent to military college to become an officer. As a Lieutenant he was placed in the 4th Reserve Battalion. Due to a medical condition, he was sent back to Canada in 1917.
