Notes

Enlisted in the R.C.A.F. in July, 1942 and served in Canada with the Trenton Airbase being her longest posting after training and a posting in Ottawa. Thelma became a corporal in the R.C.A.F. during the Second World War. She became the National Cover Girl for the R.C.A.F. magazine. She served until July, 1946. She was known in the community as Thelma and also as Kathy.
