Notes

Son of Leo and Johanna Steffler, of Cargill, Ontario. Brother of Matthew Albin Steffler. Went to camp Borden 16 Dec 1942, to England 26 Mar 1943, then to France 3 July 1944. Wounded GSW upper left arm 18 July, invalided to England, discharged from hospital on 17 Aug 1944. Back to France 8 Oct 1944.
